Business Development Director (Construction)

A construction and real estate development company is looking for a Business Development Director to lead new project origination in the North. Responsibilities: - Identify and structure new land and project opportunities - Build relationships with landowners, investors and local authorities - Lead a small deal team from feasibility through to closing Requirements: - 10+ years in real estate or construction business development - Existing network among Northern Vietnam developers and investors preferred - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
