Purchasing Manager (Chinese-speaking)

A Chinese-invested electronics manufacturer needs a Purchasing Manager to manage sourcing and vendor relationships across Vietnam and Southern China. Responsibilities: - Manage direct and indirect procurement for a growing production line - Negotiate pricing and terms with local and cross-border suppliers - Coordinate with quality and production planning teams Requirements: - 5+ years in purchasing or supply chain, ideally in electronics or manufacturing - Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese - Comfortable working cross-border with a head office in China
