A growing F&B group is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee several restaurant outlets in Da Nang. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, staffing and service quality across outlets - Manage cost of goods, labour cost and outlet-level P&L - Support new outlet openings and staff training Requirements: - 5+ years in F&B operations, with multi-outlet experience - Strong hands-on leadership style - English or Chinese conversational ability a plus given the guest mix
